SafeStarr — safety map and driving alerts

Problem

Public safety data is scattered. People need a map they can actually use while moving — not a static crime list — plus a way for the community to report what official feeds miss.

Approach

We built SafeStarr as a product: a live safety map, filters, community reports with admin review, and Driving Mode that surfaces alerts along a route. The same system ships on iOS, Android, and the browser map at app.safestarr.com.

Outcome

A shipped consumer app with a public marketing site, store listings, and a live map people can open without installing first.
